• 4.1. Our prices are listed in Australian dollars and include the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia.

Delivery

• 5.2. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but we'll always do our best to provide accurate estimates. Please keep in mind that delivery time is on business day only - this does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

5.3. While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that external factors such as strikes or natural disasters may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

5.4 International Delivery may have duties and taxes applicable on package arrival. These are charged in addition to international shipping costs and the customer will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by location/country.

Right of Withdrawal

• 6.1. Refund process : 

• 6.1.1. Faulty or damaged good(s) : We want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase from Luntaciani. Every good(s) and item(s) are checked under a quality control before delivery. To facilitate a smooth refund process, we kindly request that you provide us with some photos of the good(s) and item(s) in question. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we believe that by sharing photos, we can better understand any concerns you may have and expedite the resolution process. Rest assured, your feedback is invaluable to us, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.

• 6.1.2. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day window to request a refund or a return. Send us the good(s) or item(s), on the same condition as received. Refund will apply after a check-up of the good(s), in a 30-days time-frame after reception, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

• 6.1.3. We're happy to assist with returns! Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of defective or non-compliant products, respecting the above conditions 6.1.1.

Warranties

• 7.1. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective product, please contact our friendly customer service team for a replacement or refund, please refer to conditions 6.1. 

• 7.2. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we're committed to resolving any issues promptly and courteously.

• 7.3. By following our care instructions, your jewellery is covered by a warranty for up to 12 months from the date of reception.
